Volunteer Affiliates

The functions of The CIPI Foundation are executed entirely on a pro bono basis by volunteers who are affiliated to the Foundation. None of the people contributing to the making of The CIPI Foundation can be considered as employees and they are not remunerated.
The CIPI Foundation is a non-profit organization devoted, inter alia, to promoting young talents and coaching them into the future. In no way is the CIPI Foundation the employer nor the profit making body for any of the works realised within it or in its support. The Affiliate is the only owner responsible for his/her professional activity, including any taxes or social contribution deriving from it. Moreover, the Affiliate discharges the CIPI Foundation concerning his/her status vis-à-vis the Belgian authorities or other EU authorities.
The CIPI Foundation acts as an “incubator” providing guidance and support in kind to the development of personal or collaborative initiatives and activities proposed or run by the Affiliate within the statutory scope of the CIPI Foundation.
The Affiliate shall be able to invoice directly third parties within or without the CIPI Foundation. In this capacity the Affiliate acts under his/her own responsibility as a self employed professional.
The Volunteer Affiliate status applies to any person contributing to the making of The CIPI Foundation activities, either at Board or at operational level.
