The CIPI Foundation is a non-profit organization legally established as an independent private foundation in Brussels, Belgium. Its existence was officially announced on 20 May 2007 by the co-founder Paolo Raffone who was running the non-profit association (CIPI Network) within his EU affairs consultancy. Following the Foundation’s approval by the Belgian authorities the consultancy and the CIPI Network were dissolved and their assets incorporated into The CIPI Foundation.

The legal status of The CIPI Foundation is “fondation privée” under the Belgian company registry number 0890.023.993 and falls under the Title II Belgian law L 2002-05-02/51 .

Donations to The CIPI Foundation are not tax deductible for the Belgian federal income tax purposes. However, you are encouraged to donate.
