Opera is a for profit venture of The CIPI Foundation, a Brussels registered no profit corporation. Any revenue generated by Opera is entirely re-invested in the functioning of The CIPI Foundation. Therefore, if you buy Opera's services you somehow support The CIPI Foundation.

Opera is a registered trade mark owned by The CIPI Foundation. The latter is the contracting party issueing regular invoices and accounting statements.

Opera's contracts are designed to be flexible and to adapt to the users' business needs. In general terms all contracts will include a rental section and a service section. All parties shall provide full information on the business and its legal representatives as well as sign the office rules and users' responsibility agreement. All users shall provide for a deposit or bank guarantee (amounts vary in relation to the users' activities with Opera).
