OPEN POSITIONS

All positions @ CIPI-Network.com - The CIPI Foundation - are directed to ambitious self-starters who wish developing their professional project in an independent entrepreneurial way. The interested candidates accept to work for themselves under a framework collaborative agreement with The CIPI Foundation. The CIPI Foundation offers coaching and training support as well as the possibility to use  the office equipments and infrastructure.  Successful candidates will receive a set of tools, methodology and content items to start developing activities.
 
All The CIPI Foundation positions can be negotiated in the framework of a Partnership Agreement on the style of the LLP.
 
Working Languages 
 
The CIPI Foundation works primarily in English (mother tongue/professional language skills required). At least one other working language is required: French; German; Mandarin, Italian;  Russian, Serbo-Croatian.
 
Location
 
The place from where you work is indifferent.  However, for certain functions frequent periods in Brussels, Belgium, could be necessary. 
   
The following positions are currently open: 
 
A ) Training and Educational
The CIPI Foundation has developed renowned training and educational modules in International and EU Affairs.  These modules are directed to key and top managers in public and private organizations. Two types of learning modules: packed modules (regularly scheduled around the year); on-demand modules (tailored to specific needs). The CIPI Foundation training and educational modules are very focused, subject-specific and short, aiming at providing concrete usable knowledge to the particpants. Training and educational activities include in-class, one-to-one, and on-site experience. Moreover, they also offer the possibility of continuing training and update after courses by using the collaborative and participative educational and knowledge tools provided for in EduLab.
 

Position 

# 1

General Manager/Entrepreneur - CIPI Educational
Goals  Develop all activities in the "CIPI Educational" business unit (concepts and modules; management and logistics; commercial and marketing; P&L). Initially 6 months as co-GM with the prospect of assuming the full entrepreneurial role and work in autonomy.
Experience

3-5  years at Brussels and national level (management and commercial) 

Conditions  negotiable fee on BU turnover +at term participation in the Foundation board

B) Events, Business Services 
The CIPI Foundation premises are located in an elegant and antiques furnished and equipped Maison de Maitre few minutes off the EU quarter in Brussels. The CIPI Foundation premises are fit for receptions/events/exhibitions up to 45 people, catering facilities, office spaces (6 desks) equipped with all services, registered office solutions.
 

Position

# 2 

 Manager/Entrepreneur - CIPI Events + Opera
Goals  Planning and implementation of activities to generate return in exploiting the Foundation's premises organizing receptions/events, allocating/renting office spaces and registered office solutions.  Manage a business unit (concepts; management and logistics; commercial and marketing; P&L).
Experience

 1-3 years (Brussels experience an asset)

C ) Research/Publishing

The CIPI Foundation has a track record of independent high quality and provocative research activities. Research at the Foundation is multidisciplinary and is conducted by independent experts. Its aim is always upon putting analytical thinking into perspective. Research is developed along four broad areas: Thinking Globally, Europe Ahead , Italy Watch and Balkans Buzz .

 

The CIPI Foundation is the publisher of informative and imaginative publications and online portals dedicated to EU and international affairs. The Foundation's publications are distinctive both in their style and interdisciplinary and multicultural approach. Visit CIPI Publishing pages.

Senior Researcher/Policy Coordinator - CIPI Research
Goals 

Initially proact as horizontal research assistants to emerge as the leader to assume the responsibility of senior researcher and policy coordinator. 

Manage a business unit (concepts; technical management; commercial and marketing; P&L).

Experience 2-5 years (research activities, management and commercial)
Conditions  negotiable fee on enterprise turnover + at term participation in the Foundation board

# 4 

Deputy Publisher/Publisher - CIPI Publishing
Goals  Develop all activities in the "publishing" business unit (concepts and modules; management and logistics; commercial and marketing; P&L). Initially 6 months as assistant Publisher with the prospect of assuming the full entrepreneurial role and work in autonomy.
